Between us at Smith Marston, we have decades of experience of designing and specifying a vast array of architectural and refurbishment projects and we are fully aware that it is absolutely essential to get this first stage right.
Beyond this, we have extensive experience of adding the technical details to the initial design drawings on refurbishment projects to satisfy the Building Regulations. Following this, if desired, to produce a detailed specification, obtain competitive tenders from contractors and undertake contract administration.
